Privacy Policy

This notice describes the information used by the Manna's Donuts website and its catering enquiry form.
Catering enquiries
The form asks for your first and last name, phone number, email address, expected attendance, event date and time, and any additional details you provide. Manna's Donuts uses these details to review your request and contact you about your event. Sending a request does not confirm a booking.
Catering enquiries are stored as business records and the form is intended to notify the business team. Please avoid including payment card details or other sensitive information in the additional details field.
Your catering request is stored before a notification is queued for the Manna's Donuts team. A saved-request confirmation does not establish email delivery or confirm a booking. Please call the shop if your enquiry is urgent.
After a submission attempt, your browser tab temporarily keeps the pending details and a reference so an interrupted request can be retried. The saved browser record is removed when the server confirms the request was stored or definitively rejects the submission. Records more than 24 hours old are not reused. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Website preferences and optional services
The website remembers your optional-service choices in your browser. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer to change them. See the Cookie Policy for the available choices.
If you allow embedded media, the website loads Google Maps to show the location and Elfsight to display customer reviews and updates. These providers receive connection information such as your IP address, browser information and the website's origin. They may use their own cookies or browser storage. Embedded content remains off until you allow this purpose.
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics receives information about website visits to help us understand how the website is used. Analytics stays off until you allow it. You can withdraw your choice through Cookie settings.
Withdrawing embedded-media consent removes the loaded embeds from this page. This cannot undo information already sent to a provider or delete cookies held on another provider's domain.
Hosting and form protection
Cloudflare hosts this website, stores catering requests and sends notification emails to the business's email inbox. Cloudflare Turnstile processes connection and browser information to check form requests. This required form protection operates independently of optional analytics and embedded-media choices.
Links to other services
Order Online links take you to DoorDash, and the Instagram link takes you to Instagram. Information you provide on those services is handled under their own privacy notices and terms.
